If your song does not capture the person or the feeling you were going for, let us know. We will remake it at no additional cost. Just email us at hello@hearttosound.com with your order number and tell us what you would like changed. We will have your revised song back to you within 24 hours.
Full Refund
If after a remake you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
